The work, duties and powers of the Assembly shall be as follows:-
(a) Determining the short-term, long-term, contemporary and annual policies, plans and programs of Pragya Pratishthan.
(b) To pass the annual or supplementary budget of Pragya Pratishthan.
(c) To pass the rules related to the operation and management of Pragya Pratishthan.
(d) To evaluate the performance of Pragya Pratishthan.
(e) To appoint an auditor to conduct an audit of Pragya Pratishthan and fix the remuneration.
(f) To give instructions to the council for action on the audit report and other reports of Pragya Pratishthan.
(g) To arrange scholarships, scholarships, medals and awards and to arrange appropriate appreciation or honors or awards to organizations or individuals who have made outstanding contributions in the fields of science and technology.
(h) To discuss and approve the annual report presented in the assembly.
(i) To carry out other work necessary to fulfill the purpose of Pragya Pratishthan by the council.
